Two Bunny Bakery is a bakery here in Oklahoma that uses all-natural and GMO-free ingredients. Not only does Two Bunny Bakery use whole, unrefined, and nourishing ingredients. They even use local organic whole wheat flour from Fairview’s Best at John’s Farm. Ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible. You can also request dairy-free and often vegan. Two Bunny Bakery offers cupcakes, pies, cakes, cookies, and scones!
We got the chance to talk to Two Bunny Bakery’s owner Cristina West, here is what she had to say.

Clik here to view.GO: What was your motive for starting Two Bunny Bakery?
Cristina: I LOVE baking; it’s my passion! I was working a typical 8 to 5 office job that I disliked, and one day I just decided to quit and pursue my dreams!
Cristina: It’s important Two Bunny Bakery is eco-friendly because that’s what I support and that’s what I use for my family. I *could* use conventional, pesticide-laden ingredients and cut my food cost in half, but that’s not good enough for my family, so it’s not good enough for my customers.
Cristina: Do it because it’s the right thing to do; it may not always be cheaper or easier, but it will always be more right.
Cristina: My specialty are my cupcakes! If I had to pin it down to a flavor, I’d pick my chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream. All chemical-free and GMO-free, of course!
Cristina: It really builds a community. Those are our friends, family, and neighbors.
Cristina: My husband and I are big Thunder fans, but I also like going to see the horses at Remington Park.
Cristina: I really love the Wedge! I love that they get ingredients out of their own garden, and support other local farmers. And their pizza is just delicious!
